A tailored web-based solution developed for Houssem Consulting to support Mitutoyo, a global leader in industrial automation and precision quality control. The platform was designed to digitize and streamline the internal process of data collection, monitoring, and reporting within a high-standards manufacturing environment. The system features secure, role-based user authentication using NextAuth.js and JWT, ensuring that data access is restricted and compliant with internal protocols. Data entry flows were fully customized to align with the company’s operational procedures, making it easy for technicians and supervisors to input, track, and validate measurement data. Real-time dashboards were implemented using Chart.js to visualize trends and key metrics, offering actionable insights that support faster, data-driven decision-making. All collected data is stored in a flexible MongoDB database, with robust API endpoints managing server-side validation to ensure data integrity. The platform also includes CSV and Excel export functionalities, facilitating audit-ready reporting and simplifying periodic reviews. Built with a responsive and high-performance interface using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS, the system is optimized for both desktop and tablet use on the factory floor. Scalability was a core priority—both the infrastructure and codebase were designed to evolve with the client’s future data tracking needs and expanding user base.
